GoldenGevity Colloidal Silver *Guarantee and Return Policy

We guarantee our Silver 3000 PPM, the labeled concentration values are minimum values and typical values are generally higher. If you are not sure that our products will work for you, try a single 4oz bottle of our Colloidal Silver 3000 PPM risk free for 60 days. If you are not pleased for any reason, call or email us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the product. Please write that number on the container that you are returning the product with. You may then return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping.

*Special Order Items are Non-Refundable, Non Returnable, and the guarantee does not apply.

The refund policy does not apply to quantity bottle orders (two or more).

The 60 day warranty is applicable to new customers only, one per household, less shipping and handling, the unused portion must be returned within the first two weeks after the RNA is issued to you.

Refused Shipments:

The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking charge plus any shipping expenses. Insurance is optional but required for international shipments.
