If you are not sure that our products will work for you, try a single bottle risk free for 60 days. If you are not pleased for any reason, you may return the bottle for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. Special Order Items are Non-Refundable, Non Returnable, and the guarantee does not apply.
The refund policy does not apply to quantity bottle orders (two or more). The 60 day warranty is applicable to new customers only, one per household, less shipping and handling, the unused portion must be returned within the first 30 calendar days after purchase along with the original receipt with prepaid shipping to:

Refused Shipments:
The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking charge less any shipping expenses. Insurance is optional but required for international shipments.
